Whether this be at work, enjoying hobbies or 2ame after a glass of wine and dancing in your underwear (completely sober here too), if you are struggling to balance the two it will take up space in both making them unenjoyable.

The friction of a toxic relationship can also become physical. Conflict, tension or anxiety can produce headaches, upset stomachs and sleep problems. And chronic stress exposure can even be a precursor to more serious conditions like heart disease. Thus, the natural health a person takes a beeline for experiences an intense drop in such encompassing conditions.

A second property of an unhealthy relationship is how it impacts social networks. Some people may distance from loved ones, in part because their partners are controlling or to prevent conflict.
