When we think of travel, immediately the mind goes to an escape from routine life. Intention however provides greater benefit — it is the most potent factor, which powers mental and emotional healing. As soon as we step away from our home within ourselves and turn off familiar paths on all planes, no longer take refuge in the usual methods of relaxation or distraction, even if they have become unknown to us now — then this well-being can effortlessly establish itself.

Surely, one of the best things about travel is that it allows us to dive into different cultures and environments. All they take us away from our daily lives, traditions and perspectives we generally give for granted. In doing so we open ourselves up to new insights and viewpoints that help us see the world in different ways, leading us towards self-improvement. Having remembered how positively endangered our own lives really are, we go home with a fresh sense of gratitude and wonder about what might exist outside the tiny sphere in which we live.

The benefit of new experiences is that they can be a great reset for our mental health helping us to remember how fun and adventurous life can actually be.

No matter if it is a dash or half-a-year and several continents away, the pilgrimage beckons on to growth, revival and clarity.

And travel experience is the thread of experiences in life tangle so as to make our lives more beautiful and meaningful giving us a sense that we belong somewhere well connected with this world. It is a long, almost endless road to walk into the world and discovering it with yourself. So, coming from openhearted and minded place…let the journey begin!
